I was out in the yard testing my new L the other day. And yes, that's real grass...in December. :)
Anyone (who doesn't know already) can venture a guess to what this is...I'll update the title as soon as it's guessed, or tomorrow if not.

I'll throw out a guess, a sheet of plexiglass? Whatever it is I love it, excellent abstract and texture work. One of my favorites of late.
