I am definitely not a morning person...though, I have been planning several early rises. I havn't gotten around to them yet. Summer will be a great time to do that, as the early morning weather (several hours before the sun comes up) is never usually below 75 or 80 degrees. Great time to go hiking with a flashlight ;)

nice texture an lighting on this one.
im a morning person when i want to be... which isnt very good.
but we are going off on holiday in a couple of weeks, and the cottage is litteraly 50meters from the sea, so im making all sorts of plans for getting up at 5 in the mornning and going off up the beach looking for pics.
One thing (not having to do with the photo), do you think you could incude what lens what used to take the picture, and not just the focal length? That would be great :)
I have plans to include the lense, but I don't want to use the exif data because all it has is the focal length. I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Taking pictures of rocks is easy, but with that lighting, you have an excellent picture. Do you do your shooting at morning or evening?

Great detail in the rocks, and good lighting.
