Well, I had a hard time finding a shot for today as I don't have any from the previous outing finished yet, and I couldn't post another mailbox photo. I have been waiting for a chance to post this, so why not now.
This shot was taken during my recent trip (about a week and a half ago) to the Phoenix Desert Botanical Garden (obviously). The skewed perspective is driving me nuts, but if you squint and stand a ways back from your monitor it's hardly noticable. I tried to correct it in PS but only made it worse. You'll have to forgive me here, I took it while briskly walking past; I guess I should have stopped and correctly framed it.
Images are trickling in a little slower now...hopefully I'll get some good stuff soon; either that or now may be a good time to dig into my archive from the past week or two and pull out those shots I have been too lazy to do anything with. Who knows...

*squints...* yup...you're right... I have to be completely honest this is not one of my favorites, it twould probably be better if it was framed correctly, but it's not tooo bad

for some reason, i really connected with this shot. it sounds silly but the lines reminds me of mid century modern architecture.... i'd say this is my favouritest shot so far.
have you tried to de-moire this shot?

I think this one has the same great b&w touch as the following pictures. This is not just a picture of the sign-- the way the letters integrate with both the sky and the roof is quite interesting.
