The main reason I like this shot is the depiction of the desert in the springtime. Compared to the dry, hot summers and the brown, dusty winters, spring is a welcome sight.
I haven't been out shooting for about a week; hopefully soon. This summer is turning out to be yet another busy one. What else is new...

Ah, so this is another angle of yesterday's shot? Pretty interesting to know the size of the mountain. This is well composed. A green desert. I never know that the grass will cover whole desert in spring. Nice photo.

That's such a beautiful image; I'd love to hike around in a place like this - it's excellently composed.

If that's the desert in bloom, I've been missing out. Love the composition on this one too, with the sweep from right to left drawing you along the vista. And, of course, the colour palette is gorgeous.

The color interaction is very nice... Blues into browns into greens. Did you use a circular polarizer or touch it up in PS?

Expansive! I really like the buildings on the right. It would be wonderful if you were about twice as close to them and over to the right a bit, so they were more visible, and in contrast to the gigantic mountain. Right now they're almost invisible, so you don't get that size contrast unless you look really closely...
Also, the foreground seems confused; cut off. Were you kneeling or standing?
Nice processing as well. Very contrasty; sort of makes it seem like an old western photo.

I wonder: is this near where you live, or did you have to wander far? In any case, you are so lucky to be able to look out and see such beauty.

Love the saturated tones, and the curved shape of the horizon, almost like a wave! Great composition!

Fantastic!
Is there any possibility to make it as a pano? I feel there are something interesting out of the right hand side..
