I love the focus on the 'pins'. Great one!!

As of yesterday I started a photo log. I had a lot of foreign visitors lately who couldnít understand the Dutch language but just came to visit my site for the pictures. Thatís why I thought it would be nice to open a photo log that everyone can read and comment on in English. Please visit when you have the time, I will regularly, almost daily, post new photos.

Pretty! Is that a cactus tree or just a cactus? Either way i wouldn't want to run into one of those! Although you know what they say... "Every daisy has it's thorns...." Wait is that right?

I first thought it was an animal :-)

Can't say I find it beautiful (the cactus).

The picture captured it all !

Great closeup - looks great with the slightly saturated colour and good use of selective focus.

The colors and details in this shot are amazing. It has a 3D feel to it. I could almost stick my hand in there and touch it. Beautiful.

It looks to me that if you aren't careful photographing those daisies, you could end up in a prickly situation.

I like the DOF and the "busy" look to the photo.
