Yes, time for a good old flower photo. I didn't shoot too many of these in Hawaii, but I did want to capture some good floral color while I was there. I took this with the 17-40L, as I didn't find myself using my macro much.

Finally!!! A Hawiian Flower!!! I've been waiting anticipatingly for tropical flowers!!! I knew I wouldn't be dissapointed!!! Good work, the colors are AMAZING!

Great contrast of white against the darker leaves. Flower pics are overdone, but I like this one.

I love the pure smooth white flower against the colorful verigated leaves. Makes you want to reach out the feel the delicate texture of the flower.

Fantastic! the composition is great with the leaves all drawing you into the flower. colours go well with the flower too...
