Verey well done! This effect has become a sort of gimmick of late, but every once and then there's a shot like this one, where it works perfectly. Great!

Great shot. Both the colour, angle and effect. My favourite part is this toy jeep wrangler.

I don't know how you achieve this effect in Photoshop but it's very very good.
