Several frogs had been living in our pool/yard for awhile this summer, and one finally decided to come and say hi, so I brought my camera to the introduction. For those of you who are into eyes, here's a 100% crop of this guy's optics.

(slightly cropped, and I think the white balance is a tad warm, but the RAW file is on my other computer as I processed this back in July).

I like, and can appreciate the difficulty of achieving - especially for this kind of quick-moving subject - the tact-sharp focus on the eye. And you did it with virtually no room for error at f/2.8.

On my screen, the warmth actually lends itself to this image and I think gives it a more natural feel. Nice job!
