Yes, simplified. That's the whole idea of black and white. You're taking out all the color to simplify the photo. Excellent exposure.

Simple not "boring". Black and white photos are a lot of times better when they're simplified. This one especially could get far too busy.

I love using oxymorons for titles, and when I look at this photo of definite lines, perspective and shadows, I don't know quite what to think of it, or what to make of it. The photo makes sense...but what does it mean? Hence the title "Definite Uncertainty". As for YOUR interpretation of the title, use your immagination. :)
