Well, I'm not exactly sure about this shot, other than to say I'm sure it's not a macro...
I didn't know this, but apparently there is this cool little bridge several developments over from ours. My brother and I were out for an evening ride on our bikes when he showed me it, and so I quickly rode home and grabbed my camera. The next several posts will undoubtedly be somewhat related to this one. That shadow in the bottom left is not my head, btw. Just thought I'd clear that up. ;)
I doubt anyone will notice, but I've been re-processing some of the photos from last year. Eventually I hope to resize most of my photo to 800px wide and in the process, re-process them. I can't believe the quality with which I processed images only several months ago. Not to say I am now an expert at post-processing by any means, but I am significantly better at it than I was then. I hope to continue to improve in the future. Practice makes perfect, I guess.

You picked a great time of day. The lighting is perfect. The contrasting cool of the water and warm of the bridge is quite nice.

Excellent framing and geometry and lighting and complimentary color. Definately not a macro :) Thanks.
