This is Jimmy, one of my college friends from church. I recieved a PowerShot A610 for my birthday, as I needed a small point and shoot and was trying it out on him. (Carrying around the 20D with the 17-40L is not only quite cumbersome but also draws more attention that is often desired).

So far, so good (digic II is sweeet!)...looking forward to more great shots with it! In the mean time, I've got to get out shooting again...haven't been for ages!

Sorry about the exif data...haven't been able to get the ISO data for this camera from php's "exif" function. This was shot at ISO 50.

I also bought another 250GB SATA hard drive (identical to my other one) from Abe and will be installing that in the next day or two. I've got about 70 gigs left on my other 250, and don't like to clog up my hard drives (which slows them down), so it was about time for a new one. This puts my storage capacity (in my desktop) at 660GB, or 0.660TB (TB = terabyte, or 1000GB...1 trillion bytes for those of you not familiar with technical jargon).

Nice portrait. The angle gives a kind of active feel.
